Export what you have
Any spreadsheet with one row per vehicle: unit number, VIN and odometer at minimum. Plates, years and depots help.

Columns are matched by name and every row is checked. Download the problem report and fix it in your own file.

Import and invite
In your trial, the same import creates the vehicles. Then invite drivers by phone number; they see only their vehicle.

Run the first morning
Pick one depot for the first week. Most fleets roll out to the rest in the second.
- Assisted import is included on Fleet and Fleet Plus: send the file and we load it with you.
- Service history can follow later; most fleets start from each vehicle's last service date.
Your vehicle list is the only thing you need to start.
