Product tour
Everything below works. Try it before you talk to anyone.
These are the real screens, running in your browser on a sample fleet of 24 vehicles. Build a checklist, write a service rule, change who can do what. Nothing you do here is sent anywhere.
Fleet board
The whole yard on one board.
One key tag per vehicle. The notch, pattern, icon and word show its status; pick a tag for the reason and the next service. Filter to what needs you today.

Inspections
Build the check your drivers will actually do.
Start from a template, change the wording, mark what is critical and put the items in the order a driver walks round the vehicle. Then run it on the phone beside it.
7 items, 3 critical. Your draft is kept in this browser.

Service schedules
Write a rule once. It falls due on its own.
Combine distance, engine hours and a date. The rule is due when the first of them is reached, and warns you when the share you choose is left. Change the sample readings to see it move.
Sample vehicle readings
Oil and filter on box trucks every 10,000 mi or 12 months, whichever comes first. Warn when 10% is left.

Work orders
A failed check becomes a work order with the evidence on it.
The driver's photo, reading and time arrive with the job. Technicians add parts and labour, mark it waiting on parts, and put the vehicle back in service when it is done.
- Raised automatically from failed items, or by hand
- Parts from stock, labour at your rates, outside vendor invoices
- Closing a work order resets the service rule it satisfied

Costs and reports
Know what each vehicle costs to keep on the road.
Every part, hour and invoice lands on a vehicle. Reports roll it up by class, depot and period, per mile or kilometre, and email finance on a schedule.
Price a day off the road for your fleetRoles and permissions
Drivers see their vehicle. Finance sees the costs. You decide the rest.
Five roles to start from and ten permissions to adjust. Try it: take “See costs” away from technicians, or let drivers create work orders.
