How Fendrel looks after your fleet data

Your fleet records are operational data you depend on every morning. This page explains how the product protects them, in plain language.

Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest with the hosting provider's managed keys.

Every user has a role. Drivers see only the vehicles they inspect; costs and billing are limited to the roles you choose.

Fleet Plus records who changed a schedule, closed a work order or exported data, with the time and the before and after.

Fleet Plus supports SAML single sign-on, so access ends when someone leaves your directory.

Daily backups are kept for 30 days. You can export every vehicle, inspection and work order as CSV at any time.
