What counts as a vehicle?

Any active unit you inspect or service: vans, trucks, trailers and powered plant. Archived units are not billed and keep their history.

Do drivers and technicians need a paid seat?

No. Pricing is per vehicle, so you can invite every driver, technician and manager at no extra cost.

What is the monthly minimum?

Each plan bills a minimum number of vehicles a month: 5 on Starter, 10 on Fleet and 25 on Fleet Plus. The estimator applies it for you.

Can I change plans or fleet size later?

Yes. Adding vehicles is prorated on monthly billing; on annual billing new vehicles are added at the annual rate for the rest of the term.

Is telematics required?

No. Drivers can enter odometer and engine hours during the inspection. Telematics sync is an optional add-on that needs an account with your provider.

What happens when the trial ends?

Nothing is charged automatically because no card is taken. Choose a plan to keep going, or export your data.
